Who am I?
Magdalena Puchała
Architect, engineer, Project Manager, and PMP-certified professional. Founder of The Retreat Atelier and creator of the Inner Architecture Method™.
My professional background taught me how to take complex ambitions and transform them into clear strategies, systems, priorities, and actions. Over the years, I became equally interested in the inner forces behind our decisions: psychology, philosophy, identity, discipline, emotional patterns, and spirituality.
The Inner Architecture Method™ was created at the intersection of these worlds.
It applies the clarity of project management and architectural thinking to personal development — helping women understand their inner landscape, define what truly matters, and consciously design a life aligned with their values.
I do not work as a therapist, and I do not position myself as a conventional life coach. My role is to create structured frameworks that support self-reflection, decision-making, implementation, and self-leadership.
I am also the author of the forthcoming book The Inner Architecture Method™, which develops the philosophical and practical foundations of the Method.
Based in Italy, I draw inspiration from architecture, Stoic philosophy, psychology, ritual, and the relationship between our inner world and the environments we create.
Why I created The Retreat Atelier
I created The Retreat Atelier for women who want meaningful change supported by structure — not more noise, motivational slogans, or temporary inspiration.
Many personal-development programs create insight but offer little support in turning that insight into daily decisions and sustainable action.
The Inner Architecture Method™ closes that gap.
It brings together self-awareness, values, boundaries, discipline, emotional intelligence, philosophy, and practical implementation tools. The aim is not endless self-analysis, but a life designed and lived with intention.
